Great Ming: From Abandoned Infant to Emperor for the Ages

In the twenty-fifth year of Hongwu, Empress Ma and Zhu Biao died one after the other. Grieving, Zhu Yuanzhang went for a walk at the foot of Mount Zhong, where he unexpectedly found Zhu Ming, a newborn baby abandoned in a river.

Desperate to survive, Zhu Ming gave Zhu Yuanzhang the first smile of his life...

At that very moment, Zhu Biao had just passed away, leaving the Great Ming without an heir. Then a grandson of the Crown Prince seemed to fall from the sky and appear at Zhu Yuanzhang's side!

What surprised Old Zhu even more was that Zhu Ming was actually his own grandson.

And so, a bold idea came to Old Zhu's mind.

“Dear grandson, remember: an emperor must rule with absolute authority. Never let those civil officials hold you back.”

“Dear grandson, remember: those generals are useful weapons in wartime. When the country needs to develop, they should all be buried in their graves for everyone's safety.”

Years later, with Zhu Yunwen and Zhu Di both eyeing the throne, Zhu Yuanzhang turned his gaze to Zhu Ming.

My heir can only be my dear grandson!
