I'm Really Not an Evil God NPC

After transmigrating to a world surrounded by gods, plagued by evil creatures, and crawling with the uncanny, Li Wei opens his eyes to find himself an employee of an anomalous containment agency.

The good news: He's pretty high up the chain of command.

The bad news: He has no memories of his predecessor, who was killed by a terrifying and dangerous heretic.

Just as Li Wei is thinking about how and when to make a run for it, he successfully summons two followers.

Before Li Wei can figure out how he managed to summon followers like an evil god, he is astonished to discover that he can hear them chatting in Chinese over their in-game voice chat.

“So, what now? The evil god is right in front of us.”

“Obviously, we figure out how to take the throne of godhood for ourselves!”

Li Wei: “???”

The good news: My identity is even more mysterious now!

The bad news: The heretic is me!
