The Deity Who Emerged from the Mountains

Deep in the mountains live beasts whose flesh grants vital energy. Eat enough, and you can become invincible.

The more treacherous the mountain, the richer the energy.

One day, he finds himself in another world.

The emperor is busy cultivating immortality, his ministers are busy fighting for power, and the wealthy gentry are busy claiming land.

The heroes are busy drinking, and the realm is busy descending into chaos.

At a time like this, Wei Liang is the only one busy patrolling the mountains and hunting beasts. Then he eats and eats: a deer today, a wolf tomorrow.

After who knows how long, he finally looks back.

People now address him with reverence:

Deity! Immortal!
