I Ascended to Immortality by Outworking Everyone

Song Yi made a pact with the System. Someone who'd landed a high-paying job and was ready to lie flat was dragged into the rat race of cultivation. “Dawn, I've memorized A Three-Thousand-Year History of the Cultivation World, An Introduction to Cultivation, and The Fundamentals of Cultivation!” Song Yi declared. The System silently pulled out The Fundamentals of Alchemy, The Fundamentals of Artifact Refining... “Dawn, I've finished studying!” Song Yi's vision went dark, but she still insisted, “I can keep going!” The System rummaged around again and hauled out an entire library. What? I have to study all of this too?! If studying won't kill me, then I'll study until I drop! Serious synopsis: A great calamity strikes the world, and Blue Star enters an age of spiritual barrenness, where spirit veins and cultivation arts are cut off, and cultivation is dismissed as superstition. Song Yi encounters a cultivation System, gains an immortal opportunity, and embarks on the path to immortality. She seeks longevity, harnesses the fate of her plane, ignites a spiritual qi revival, and proves the Dao before ascending to immortality. The path of cultivation is to act in accordance with Heaven. Find the immortal path, build a road to the heavens. Tread the clouds to the highest heavens and gain carefree eternal life. Notes: 1. A modern cultivation story featuring a System. The heroine grows over time. Slow-paced, with a golden finger. 2. No-romance System story, with no reborn characters or transmigrated characters. 3. Written for love. I'm a little sensitive, but I'll take good suggestions into consideration, dear readers.
