You Can’t Imagine How Much Fun Being a Director Is

Isn't it embarrassing to write an entertainment article without even understanding the standard members of the crew and their roles? ... Producer, producer, chief director, production director, external producer, executive director, life producer, actor assistant director, chief cameraman, martial arts instruction team, assistant cameraman, scenery team, radio team, lighting team, props team, makeup team, costume team, scene team, The actors, post-editing team, post-dubbing team, post-production team, publicity department, publicity and development department, ground crew, these are the minimum standards for a micro-small film crew. None of them will work without any one of them. If a medium-sized or large-scale crew needs it, it will be doubled. Film and television production is not that simple. Even a directing student's homework requires a producer, director, actor/assistant director, camera, lighting, sound recording, makeup, costume, live production, post-dubbing, post-production, and post-editing to shoot together. Only students who really don't have money will be directors, producers, live producers, and post-editers themselves. He cannot replace the rest. For example, who will direct the camera? Fu Huadao couldn't even do it. He didn't know how to do it and didn't have the place or resources to do it. Not to mention sound collection, dubbing, and lighting, how does he do it? It is even more impossible to be an actor and assistant director. He is a student, where can he find actors? Was it all shot with an ensemble cast? Even extras need to be found, right? Not to mention that there are all extras in front of the Beijing Film Studio. If you, a student, go there to find extras and fail to pass the scene, haven't you ever been beaten? Don't know what a show is? It can be understood as the follower or intermediary of the actor's deputy director's assistant. As an actor and assistant director who has been in the industry for 12 years, I used to be an extra and then a stage actor. Later, I got to know more people and became an assistant to an actor's deputy director directly after being recommended by others. I was lucky and did not become an actor's agent. Later, after working for a long time and getting to know more people, I became an actor's assistant director. I have a good relationship with dozens of actor agents, dozens of actors, and dozens of assistant directors. The electronic version of actor information in my hand is more than 200 gigabytes without duplication, and paper materials are good. How many boxes, what kind of actors are needed for a play, how many actors are needed, how many special actors are needed, how many special actors are needed, how many martial arts are needed, how many groups are needed, how many outsiders are needed, how many locals are needed, and when they need to join the group. I can get it done in a week at most. It's not that I have the ability, but it is distributed. This is the role of the actor's assistant director, actor agent, and drama director. Together, we can run the entire group of actors. This is the role of the actor's assistant director. If you let a director do it, why don't you film it? You said that directors can only use stars to control the budget? What do producers eat? Actors and assistant directors only drink soup? People in the film and television industry are all connected to each other. After being around for a long time, there is no one you don't know. Pick 5 people and at least 3 people are familiar with each other. This is called the entertainment industry. If you don't follow the rules, then you can prepare to quit Let's talk about directing and acting. If the director goes to act, who will direct? Not to mention the camera and on-site executive director, how are they going to understand what you want to express? What kind of scenery do you want? What color? What kind of performance expresses what kind of emotion? The feeling of directing and acting are different. What the director requires and what the actors express are different concepts. Your thoughts when directing are different from your actual performance state, not to mention the actors who play with you. As you said, they can't cooperate with you in terms of detailed execution and filming. You can't just study for half a day on one shoot, right? Do you know how much the crew costs per day? How many of them direct and act themselves? Look at what the crew configuration is like. To put it bluntly, what are the standards of the cameramen, executive directors, and producers? All of them have directed movies, but those who have directed and acted themselves are still small-scale characters. Why do you have to direct and act in them? Still so awesome? I'm lucky if I don't have split personality. Many people have different understandings of the producer. He can be an investor or not, but there must be a producer on the distributor side. This is why some movies have only one producer, while most movies have two or three people. However, it is a necessary department for a film and television work, and it is also the most profitable department. Investors will not say more. Let's talk about the distributor. Many people think that many large companies in China are distributors. In fact, they are wrong. They can name the issuer, but they can't issue it directly. Don't you understand? Don't say too much, just say it briefly. Those who can understand will understand. Those who don't understand have no choice but to dare not speak. If there is only one producer in the movie, that person must be from China Film or Shanghai Film. There are multiple producers in the movie, and one of them must be from China Film or Shanghai Film. This is domestic, but whether it is imported or exported abroad, there must be a producer from China Film. From the outside, many companies and even many famous people can produce under their names. The law is also clear that production can be produced, but internally everyone knows that it must be China Film, otherwise the radio and television will not be reviewed. If you find it unbelievable and unimaginable, go to the cinema and watch it. Among the producers of any film, there will be someone from China Film or Shanghai Film Corporation, without exception. Production department: The producer is also the representative of the employer, who coordinates the overall situation. In foreign countries, it is the main person in charge and supervisor sent by the employer. In China, the main thing is to cooperate with the director. Who is more powerful depends on who is needed. If you rely on the director to make money or fame, the director will be the most powerful. If you rely on capital investment to mix money and seniority, the producer will be the most powerful. However, in on-site shooting, the director is generally the main one, unless there is a big conflict. The external liaison production team is responsible for things outside the scene, ranging from shooting locations, advertising cooperation, publicity and promotion, to small items negotiation, transition scheduling, etc. The life production team is responsible for the life-related affairs of the crew, including hotel accommodation, on-set meals, pick-up and drop-off personnel, etc. The executive director is responsible for on-site shooting and assists the director. He is mostly used to tell the actors about acting, positioning, etc., Convey the director's ideas, and coordinate and arrange matters related to the filming on the set. Domestically, people in China are usually number two on the filming set. Outside the set, they don't have as much power as ordinary producers. Assistant actor director, responsible for the entire cast, acting agency, and actor broker in the film and television industry.

Yu Feihong paid for it because of natural disasters and man-made disasters. The natural disaster caused the crew to enter the rainy season early in the middle of filming. Landslides and mudslides all caught up. Later, it was basically equivalent to reshooting, resulting in a loss of millions and a lot of delay. The man-made disaster was that the two middle investors withdrew their capital, and it took a long time to find someone to raise money. Even the house was sold, and another million was lost. In the middle, the actors also lost more than 2 million due to various reasons, including price increases, contract compensation, etc. The post-production and publicity were all over budget, and then I felt that I had no profit, so I just wanted to win awards and gain a reputation so that I could sell the copyright. I spent over 10 million on public relations. The original budget was 8.5 Million. It was considered a literary film, and later turned into an investment of more than 30 million and nearly 40 million, of which she invested more than 10 million. However, although the domestic box office was only more than 2 million, because the award-winning film sold a total of more than 3 million US dollars overseas, and she did gain fame at the time. And it is said that during the filming, she was tricked by others because she did not understand the crew's affairs.

After reading the last few chapters, I can declare that this book is ready to leave my bookshelf. I have only made two movies with a small budget and Taiba has become a big boss. What kind of courage does it take to write about China Film and Television at an affordable investment, and I have to help you with the review and publicity for free. What kind of courage does it take to let Huayi Wanda invest so much at a premium and give you 25 shares for free? What kind of courage does it take? I can guarantee that I can be a hit before I have proven myself in Hollywood. Your so-called blockbuster is just an ordinary film in Hollywood and it is a film that promotes China's power. Take The Wandering Earth as an example, it is already the best science fiction film in the country. However, in North America, there are only a hundred theaters and only Chinese are watching it. Just because of Jet Li, you want to make money from others? Even if no one else has a share, you have to prove yourself by at least making a few movies in Hollywood, and you have to have a film with no clear political stance and a high share of others to be a hit.

There are so many female protagonists, collect them first, and start reading when you save 300,000 words.

Thirteenth Aunt

The rewards in the system are very retarded, like the novel I read, where you are forced to marry many women reasonably by contributing to the country. This type of novel is unfinished in the end, but at least I can read it in the early stage. You can hardly stand the early stage of writing this!

5 Female protagonists are not afraid of kidney failure

In 2007, I filmed Edge of Tomorrow and played it, at least after Avatar.
