A Thousand-Year Clan, Beginning with a Hometown Association

A man arrives in a reborn Hong Kong, a parallel world that blends together different Hong Kong dramas. Chaos is the theme song here. Lin Shaohua becomes clan patriarch and establishes an association for people from his hometown. Using clan ties as its bonds, he builds a family-run conglomerate that spans centuries: the Lin family! Thousands of years later, someone studies the history and uncovers a startling fact. “Throughout the century since the Lin family rose to power in the last century, its shadow can be seen behind almost every major upheaval in the world.” Lin Shaohua: “Our blood binds us together, and family keeps us united.
