In this world where magic exists, humans can only use magic, but cannot improve or create magic, because humans' magic inheritance has been broken and they cannot decipher those mysterious magic symbols. Until our protagonist Levi traveled through time and discovered that the magic symbols turned out to be a bunch of binary numbers of 0s and 1s. So as a programmer, he used codes to interpret magic and started another inheritance of magic.
