Honghuang: I Am the Demon God of Fortune, and I Urge Peace in the Calamity

Su Chen transmigrated to the dawn of the Primordial World. His soul passed through the chaotic energy surrounding the Three Immortal Islands Overseas and fused with the body of a deceased Fate Demon God, making him a new Fate Demon God. He could see the fate of all things, then draw upon it for his own use. Those blessed with great fortune found everything going their way and became the chosen protagonists of Heaven and Earth. Those whose fortunes faded faced the Five Declines of Heaven and Man, with death all but certain. His own fate, meanwhile, was bound to the overall fortune of the Primordial Continent. The more prosperous the continent became, the stronger Su Chen grew! But, well-versed in the history of the Primordial World, he knew that the Heavenly Dao made up for what was lacking by taking from what was abundant. The coming tribulations were all a means of suppressing the Primordial Continent. So, to protect himself, he kept to the Three Immortal Islands and quietly built up his strength. Su Chen was determined to talk the tribulations into peace! When Luo Hou incited the Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin Clans to slaughter one another, Su Chen left the Three Immortal Islands with a smile, carrying the fortune veins of all three clans. “I have never been fond of fighting. I prefer to settle disputes. Since all three of you want to contend for this age, why not destroy these fortune veins and leave yourselves no way back? What do you say?” The three clans' fury vanished in an instant. They all bowed and begged for mercy, then withdrew after swearing an oath to the Heavenly Dao never to fight one another again. Luo Hou, watching from the shadows: “What? If you don't fight, how am I supposed to become a saint?” Hongjun, also watching from the shadows: “What happened to my Dragon-Han Tribulation? If you don't fight, how am I supposed to battle Luo Hou?” After that came the Witch-Demon Tribulation, the Investiture of the Gods Tribulation, and the Journey to the West Tribulation. Behind every seemingly extraordinary event, there was a shadowy figure. Su Chen: “Those who follow me prosper; those who oppose me perish!”
