Dating Show: All These Cheesy Pick-Up Lines, and He's Supposed to Be an Idol?

A parallel world. Zheng Haodong transmigrated here and became a top-tier star. He acted in several idol dramas, and fans dubbed him the go-to guy for domineering CEO roles. One day, Zheng Haodong joined a dating show and got bound to a Contrast System. As long as he surprised the audience with a side of himself they didn't expect, he'd earn rewards. The contestants met for the first time. Zheng Haodong: “Have you put on weight again?” Female top-tier star: “Don't make things up. I've been losing weight this whole time.” Zheng Haodong: “Then why do you weigh more and more in my heart?” Female top-tier star: “What's your zodiac sign?” Zheng Haodong: “I'm custom-made just for you.” One cheesy pickup line after another left fans utterly dumbfounded. “Isn't he supposed to be a domineering CEO? How can he be so cheesy?” “He looks insanely handsome onscreen. Why is he so lame offscreen?” “That contrast is way too extreme. Our guy is so cheesy.” The audience cringed so hard they broke out in goosebumps. The other contestants sang with deep feeling. Then Zheng Haodong sang A Big Flowery Sedan and completely broke the female top-tier star's defenses. “Give me a hug, come on, give me a hug. I'll carry my little girl to the bridal sedan.” Female top-tier star: “Stop singing. I'll agree to anything, okay?” The sharp contrast kept fans on edge and had everyone laughing out loud again and again.
