Showbiz: My Songs Have Made a Bunch of Cover Singers Cry

Su Shang transmigrates as a construction worker and joins a music show called Rising Star. On the show, the mentors cover songs by amateur singers and offer guidance to inspire their love of singing. “What kind of songs could a construction worker write? They must be simple. Let me cover his song!” Deng Ziqi: “I’ll do it!” The young mentors want to cover the song and steal the spotlight, while even the veteran singing king doubts Su Shang will bring them anything good. Then, right at that moment, Su Shang performs “Moonlight,” stunning the entire venue. Everyone’s eyes go wide, and they’re completely dumbfounded! Hua: “I suddenly have a stomachache. Deng Ziqi, why don’t you cover it instead?” Deng Ziqi: “Something came up at home. I have to go.” All four mentors attempt a cover, and every single one is a complete disaster. The production team: “Su Shang, we asked you to sing. Did you come here to wreck the show?”
