Words for Insomniacs

I often wonder whether insomnia is due to fear of dreams or fear of tomorrow, until I entered a world that is beyond the reach of ordinary people. I just started to think slowly, and the final answer came from the question about the birth of nightmares, and this question, almost everyone in the guild has the same understanding: that is, those nightmares in the dream that always want to climb over the high wall of the virtual world and come to the real world to release their endless malice are all born in the tragedies in the real world that the parties involved have no choice but to do. These people are repressed. Their fear, sorrow, and pain are all accumulated in lonely and deep nights. Finally, when the dividing line that belongs to them to use reason to suppress suffering collapses, their nightmares are born from the deepest and most terrifying dreams.
