It feels a little more restrictive than many books with Cthulhu hanging on it, but the writing is so unreadable.

The technical descriptions in the book are very detailed! It can be seen that the author intends to find a realistic basis for the technologies appearing in the book. The writing is a little scattered at the beginning, but it feels much smoother later on. It's not a web article routine, but it can be seen that the author is close to the web article in many places. I can't say whether this is right or not. I can see some of the concepts of the movie. In some places, the image is very strong, and light and shadow are specially emphasized. It can be seen that the author is building a logical and flesh-and-blood future world. However, because the density of hard goods in it is a bit high, some places are not explained in detail, but it is understandable, otherwise it would really be a reverse setting.
