Uncle, Your Sweetheart Has Escaped the Castle Again

“Lord Fu, Miss Shi is sick again. Her constitution is weak, so she should exercise more.”

“Take down the castle garden, build a running track, and put up a climbing wall...”

Nine years later, when Shi Jingjing realized Uncle Fu hadn't come home in three years, she staged a “great escape from the castle,” sparked “scandals all over the place,” and gathered “a whole crowd of suitors,” among other things. Seeing his well-behaved darling replace her baby bottle with a wine bottle, Fu Yanbei was so furious his eyes nearly bulged! From then on, the famously cold and scheming Lord Fu openly flaunted their love, doting on and protecting her in public and gently coaxing her in private. She was truly his little princess.
