An Esper Agent in the City

This story is entirely fictional. Chu Ningxia is an outstanding special forces soldier. During an A-rank mission, the enemy's firepower proves overwhelming, and he is shot in the heart by a sniper, leaving him gravely wounded. Just as he thinks he is about to die,

A miracle occurs. He suddenly sees a meteor in the sky hurtling toward him. Chu Ningxia is terrified. He has no idea why the meteor is coming straight for him. He slowly closes his eyes, certain that this is the end. The meteor rapidly shrinks, and a beam of light shoots into Chu Ningxia's brain. He feels unbearable pain all over and passes out.

A robotic voice sounds in his mind: “Unknown planet detected. Human detected. Life form classified as low-level. Bloodline identified as divine. You may merge with me and become the strongest superhuman. Accept? ...” Beeping sounds continue for ten minutes.

“Do you accept the merger? Please reply yes or no. If there is no response, acceptance will be assumed.” ...
