A Blessed Place

Diqing means "blessed place" in Tibetan. He Qingshan, an aid cadre from Shanghai, came here to do temporary aid work. He overcame various hardships such as difficult conditions, high cold and hypoxia, and helped the local people develop, and he himself also transformed at the grassroots level. Before leaving, he lamented that this was a blessed place, and I recorded this story.
