Cultivation in Science

Dear readers, please don't vote. This book was written a year ago and has only over 100,000 words. My ideal is to present the power of exercises in a scientific form, so that readers can feel that the power in fantasy is not false, but is real under certain conditions. But after writing more than 100,000 words, I found that the plot was very average and boring, so I prepared another new book and strived to be innovative in the plot and reflect the reality of power through interesting plots. I posted this book just to get some criticism, and I wanted to take a look at some of your suggestions.
