The Esports Tycoon

Jiang Chengdong, a sophomore in college, unexpectedly awakens a System that gives him theoretically unlimited money, but he can only use it to invest in esports.

Is getting into esports in 2017 too late?

Mr. Jiang doesn’t know.

He only knows that spending money feels great.

He buys the Wings club, holds the biggest prize-pool tournament in history, and teams up with Valve to create a free trading market. Every dollar he spends goes straight to the heart of esports fans.

Later, Gaben asks him why he keeps supporting esports despite losing so much money.

Jiang Chengdong smiles and replies:

“Because, just like you, my money comes blowing in on the wind. It’s just that the wind blows harder on my side.”
