I Betrayed Depression

I feel like I'm not normal, like I'm sick, but I don't know the specific symptoms. I just feel scared in my heart - because it's hard to describe clearly. The most real experience is that I am unhappy as if I have sub-mental health, as if when I look at the world, the whole world is full of haze - taking medicine can only provide temporary relief - this is depression.
