The Kou and Song Dynasties

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Kou Yun became a descendant of the famed statesman Kou Zhun.

At first, he only wanted to build connections wherever he went and become a chivalrous hero who could travel the world without ever worrying about food or drink.

But when he saw armored soldiers falling in rows, helpless cries ringing out, and raging fires burning cities everywhere, he could no longer hold back. Filled with fury, he led the heroes of the righteous brotherhood into battle, raising their bloodstained blades!

Zhao Ji: The barbarians are trying to invade our Great Song again. I still have calligraphy to practice. What am I supposed to do?

The civil and military officials: Your Majesty, fear not. Once the Kou Family Army arrives, those upstarts will be driven back!
