Sunshine Starting Line

A seemingly happy “comfortable family” that is actually a mess; a “single-parent family” troubled by divorce; “older expectant parents” who insisted on being child-free, only to change their minds... Young parents from different regions, with different educational philosophies and cultural backgrounds, all share the same hope: that their children will grow up to be good people. This novel uses three women of sharply different personalities, backgrounds, and ages to explore their views on having children, family, and careers.
