Dad, I'm Here to Be Your Classmate

At eighteen, Lou Jiale has the same ordinary, warm family as most people in the world. Though they are poor, her parents love each other and their family is happy. Then one day, a cancer diagnosis tears open old family wounds, and she learns that her parents gave up their own futures for her. Han Zhuo is Lou Jiale’s not-so-close “childhood friend,” the outstanding kid from next door, according to the rumors. But unlike Lou Jiale, he grew up in a household where he had everything he needed, yet never felt his parents’ love. Then one day, an accident sends them both tumbling into the water. When they wake up, they have returned to twenty years earlier and become classmates of their parents in college. Once Lou Jiale grasps the situation, she makes a snap decision. Since they have come to the past, they can change the future. Dad!!! Work hard to make money, study diligently, give your all at work, and reclaim the bright future you were meant to have. I’ll make sure of it. Six people, two families, and two generations thrown together across time as classmates. On this absurd journey through time, they face their awkward, chaotic youth together.
