Mr. Pei’s Little Enchantress Is Sweet as Can Be

One day, the capital's aloof heartthrob is suddenly pinned against the wall by the heiress of the Gu family, who confesses her love by force. Gu Tanxi: “Stick with me, and I'll make sure you eat and drink well!” President Pei rolls his eyes. Does he need that? Gu Tanxi refuses to give up. “I'm beautiful, kind, and rich. Most importantly, I'm really sweet to you!” President Pei fumes inwardly: “Plenty of people throw themselves at me. Who do you think you are?” Gu Tanxi is furious. She's determined to win him over, but she's deeply dissatisfied with how resistant this aloof heartthrob is. Half a year later, President Pei sees Gu Tanxi getting into someone else's car. He strides over and blocks her way. “You flirted with me, and now you want to walk away without taking responsibility?” Gu Tanxi frantically denies it: “I didn't! It wasn't me! Don't try to pin this on me!” The arrogant President Pei snaps, “Have I ever told you not to provoke me? If you do, you'll have to take responsibility to the very end!”
