A New Traffic Light Theory

Traffic policeman Xu Xu discovered a woman running a red light while on duty and hurriedly stepped forward to stop her. Who knows, people who make mistakes can often come up with a set of excuses. The woman actually pointed to the green light above her head and said, "The green light above my head is on, why can't I pass!" Xu Xu took the time to explain, and the violators were justified.
