I Own a Strange Factory

On the seventh day after the old man died, Lin Ying received a property deed with a black cover. The address on it pointed to a factory outside the city!

Hoping to make a fortune, Lin Ying followed the directions to the designated location.

There, in a vast, barren wasteland, stood a dilapidated factory, covered in rust and moss.

Though disappointed, Lin Ying decided to take a look inside. Perhaps some valuable antiques had been left behind.

But the enormous factory contained nothing but a rudimentary assembly line for making white hats!

With no other choice, Lin Ying turned to leave.

Just then, the property deed in his hand suddenly flipped open by itself, and a line of text appeared:

“Make 100 hats and receive a reward of 10,000 yuan!”

Almost as soon as the words appeared, raw materials and instructions for making the hats materialized inside the factory.

But the most important thing in running an assembly line is “people”!

In an age of severe labor shortages, where could he find free workers?

As if sensing Lin Ying's dilemma, the property deed offered another suggestion: “If you can't find people, why not look for ‘demons,’ ‘monsters,’ ‘spirits,’ and ‘fiends’!”
