Billions of humans around the world have descended into other worlds, become lords of one party, and participate in the struggle for hegemony among nations. Each lord is randomly given an initial unit building for them to recruit units, develop their forces, plunder resources, compete with other tribes for hegemony, and establish a dynasty.
