I came out of the mountain at the age of fifteen, met His Majesty at the age of sixteen, and fought with His Majesty for several years. He was appointed as the national advisor before he was even worthy of being crowned weak. It has been more than sixteen years now. I can build the small country back then into the Great Qin that is now feared by the Northern Barbarians and even overseas. I can guarantee that the hundreds of millions of people in this country will have food to eat and their children to learn. The foundation I have laid for Great Qin is enough to guarantee a hundred years of peace of mind I once thought that the so-called saints were nothing more than that. I was wrong, very wrong. I can whip the ministers and intimidate the civil and military forces, but I have never touched the dragon chair and ignored the most important core of a country.
