People say that there is a very powerful monster sealed in the Milky Way, and the person in charge of the Galaxy is an immortal called Marshal Tianpeng. Only he can activate the magic weapon to suppress the monster in the river. But later, Tianpeng was expelled to earth by the Jade Emperor for teasing Fairy Chang'e while drunk.
