Hiding My Love in Plain Sight

“The cold blade pierced the devil's chest. He killed the demon, and in doing so, killed himself.” * It was a summer filled with the endless chirping of cicadas. The sky was always blue, and the days seemed to pass so slowly that there was plenty of time to meet people and share beautiful memories with them. Xie Cihuan, her heart brimming with a young girl's hopes, looked forward to her future with boundless anticipation. She met the aloof Jiang Yici, and together they spent many wonderful days. * “Thank you for finding me in a forgotten corner of the world.” That night, they shared their feelings and became irreplaceable to each other. “Aci, I know you would never lie to me. I'll be good and wait here for you to come back.” “Aci, it's been so long. Why haven't you come to find me yet...” “Aci, maybe the wind was too gentle to carry how much I miss you. So I'll come find you instead.” “Aci, no matter how many times the seasons change, my love for you will never end. I love you.”
