Shocking! My Disciple Is the Empress

After transmigrating to a fantasy world, Lin Yan finds himself with utterly average talent. Fortunately, he gets the Mundane System. As long as he avoids cultivation and lies flat like a lazy fish, embracing the Way of the Ordinary, his cultivation will increase automatically. After more than sixty years of cultivation, he becomes the head of Hongyun Peak. Then, on the day his sect accepts new disciples, circumstances force him to take on a beautiful female disciple whose talent is just as average as his own.

He thinks her ordinary talent will keep his secret safe, allowing him to keep lying flat and enjoying life. But it turns out his disciple is a reincarnated Female Emperor, and she awakens the memories of her past life.

“I am the reincarnation of the Female Emperor! For a useless nobody like you to become my master is a blessing you could only earn in a hundred lifetimes!”

Faced with his arrogant disciple’s provocation, Lin Yan raises a hand and flicks her on the forehead.

With tears in her eyes, the Female Emperor says, “I’m sorry, Master. I was wrong!”
