The Last Mobile Fortress

This work is not hard science fiction.

The general setting is a future world where government forces and rebels are at war. The central figures in the conflict are the landships, known as mobile fortresses.

The story features many characters and depicts this world-changing war from multiple perspectives. The fighting might be a comical clash between two incompetent commanders, a one-sided slaughter, or the struggles and friendships of ordinary people.
