Three Steps

If you had a choice, what kind of life would you like to have? Is it to be rich and wealthy to vent the grievances accumulated when one was poor, or to rule the world and dominate all humble beings? Should he become famous all over the world and become an indelible glory in the history books and be praised through the ages, or should he live in seclusion in a paradise with a piano, a game of chess, and a pot of wine? Should he be entangled with women all his life and have a romantic affair until death, or should he be lonely and locked in a small goldfish workshop? Should he collude with his friends and do obscene and shameful things every day, or should he adhere to the principle that the friendship between gentlemen should be as light as water? Is it for fame and fortune, or for others, the organization, and the country? Is it a shallow stroke, or is it thick and colorful? There are many paths in life. You may take the initiative or be forced to make a choice, step into countless rivers, and then get lost in the various branches under the river. Maybe I raised my head after a long absence, and the guiding stars twinkled. There are a few rivers that originate from the source. Choices were made before the beginning, but they were abandoned or even criticized by the rationality of later generations.
