Thirty Minutes of Darkness

In the year 5831, World War III broke out. Nuclear warfare plunged the world into desolation. After the war, the humans who survived used bionic technology to modify their bodies, allowing them to sustain their bodily functions simply by absorbing light. They recreated the pre-nuclear world with immersive VR technology, making it even more ideal, and let people lose themselves in it. The highly efficient use of solar energy caused the Sun to begin burning out faster... But the crisis had only just begun. Using heat-resistant exploratory robots, scientists discovered a computer at the Sun's core, seemingly left behind by an extraterrestrial civilization. Its computing power and energy efficiency far surpassed anything on Earth. They used it as a server to build a new VR world, drawing energy directly from inside the Sun... But when disaster struck, every flaw was laid bare... The beauty of the VR world was shattered... As humanity faced the test of life and death, the darkness of human nature began to emerge...
