Cats, Dogs and Sparrows

Legend has it that a long time ago there were two animal kingdoms in an unknown mountain, namely the cat kingdom and the dog kingdom. Sixteen years ago, the Cat Tribe and the Dog Tribe were declared the Cat Country. The Dog Country had only about 5,000 people each. Now the Dog Country has about 100,000 dog people, and the Cat Country has about 150,000 cat people.
