This Isn't How the Plot Is Supposed to Go

My name is Zou Yu. I'm a corporate drone. My company fired me, and then a car suddenly hit me as I was walking down the road.

Heh. By the usual anime logic, I should transmigrate. By the usual wish-fulfillment story logic, I should either transmigrate into someone else's body or suddenly gain a supernatural ability...

But damn it, getting hit sent me back in time, and I even ended up at the wrong point in the timeline!

This isn't how the story is supposed to go!

After slinking back to my hometown...

I found that if I wanted to leave again...

I'd have to die.
