A Hundred Days of Sweet Love

Though she is a rich young lady, she has no fortune. After her father died, her aunt's family moved in and took over the house, turning Xu Lianlian into a fallen heiress, a Cinderella in her own home. Life hasn't been kind to her: she catches her devoted boyfriend in an intimate scene with her sultry best friend, then promptly falls into the gentle trap of the Ning family's eldest son. He cures her fear of men, rescues her from a den of evil, and makes her his woman! In the car, he presses his lips to her earlobe and asks, “Does it disgust you?” She shakes her head. “Do you like it?” Her cheeks grow hot, and she can't bring herself to admit it. “Then what's your answer?” “Mr. Ning, could we make it a hundred days?” She never expected things to last. She only wanted to love him lightly for a little while and polish the memories until they shone like diamonds. But she discovers he has no intention of letting her have just a taste. He has never believed in love or given anyone his heart. To him, trust in love is far less reliable than a deal. Yet with her, he finds he can let down his guard completely. At last, he kneels before her and says, “Lianlian, you're the first woman who made me believe in love, and you'll be the only one for the rest of my life.” How can a lion and a rabbit make love work? How do you overcome a crisis of trust? Find out in their sweet hundred-day romance.
