The importance of fire sources has been emphasized without mentioning the reasons and world setting. No lighter, no flint? Even if there is none, then ordinary people have to make fire to cook after getting the fire source from the lord, right? Assuming that one household uses fire for half an hour every day, as long as fifty households can keep the fire burning 24 hours a day. Unless every once in a while, the world automatically refreshes and all fire sources are extinguished. And there is no such thing as flint, so we can only rely on mages to create fire sources. Otherwise it won't make any sense.
