The Buddha’s Tears

I'm Mile, the only god among the Buddhas of the Western Heaven still wandering the mortal world. A hundred drops of heartfelt tears. Once the last one falls, I can take my place. I wander this mortal world, wandering… Year after year passes, until time becomes impossible to measure and even the seasons are hard to remember. Shedding a hundred sincere tears is the Buddha's test for me to become a Buddha, but I… I was born cold-hearted! Heh, a cold-hearted person who wears a smile every day. This is the last drop. A hundred years have passed. I am still wandering… (This story is entirely fictional. Please don't overanalyze it.)
