The Jianghu Whitewashing Record

Pang Yatou is an orphan. After a life of wandering, never knowing whether her next meal would come, she never gave much thought to whether she wanted to be a good person or a bad one. Then one day, Yu Yinyin, head of the jianghu sect Snowmoon Heavenly Palace, took her in. Pang Yatou began to dream of the jianghu and resolved to become a great hero. But just before she was due to leave the mountain, she discovered that Snowmoon Heavenly Palace was actually an assassin organization, the kind that exists solely to make heroes look good as they uphold justice. Pang Yatou was stunned. Her mission had failed before it even began. Should she just accept her fate? No way! So what if her background wasn’t exactly respectable? She could still become a great hero! After leaving the mountain, she set off to clear her name in the jianghu. In the end, she not only achieved her dream, but also managed to bring a handsome man home with her. Pang Yatou threw her head back and cried, “Good deeds are rewarded. You really should be a good person!”
