The Immortal Emperor Wants to Be Ordinary

Becoming emperor? No way. The only way to make ends meet is to live an ordinary life. The Xuantian Nine Provinces are the greatest of the Three Thousand Worlds. Ten thousand years ago, sensing that its end was near, the spirit of the Heavenly Dao of the Xuantian Nine Provinces gathered the yin and yang spiritual energy of the Three Thousand Worlds and created two innate beings: an elder brother of pure yang, the Innate Yang Dragon God, and a younger sister of pure yin, the Innate Yin Phoenix God. When the Heavenly Dao died, the Three Thousand Worlds fell into chaos. Together, the siblings founded the Supreme Immortal Kingdom to manage the worlds in its stead. The elder brother became the Immortal Emperor, and the younger sister became the Immortal Empress. They decided to ascend the throne together and declare their dominion over the Xuantian Nine Provinces and even the Three Thousand Worlds. But on the day of the coronation, the elder brother ran away... No one knew what to make of it. All they knew was that, with great magical power, he had written this across his throne: “Becoming emperor? No way. The only way to make ends meet is to live an ordinary life.”
