The new book has finally passed review
I immersed myself in writing for two days. I had an outline but no idea of the direction. I could only follow my own feelings. I hope everyone will tell me whether they think it is good or want to scold the author after reading it. 😄 I really need someone to share this happiness with me.
About the theme and plot settings
The first is the subject matter. I referred to many novels by great writers when conceiving the background of the novel. But I think for novices like me, the misunderstanding is that imitating the works of great writers will make them popular, and the biggest misunderstanding is that they don't imitate the works of great writers and they will become popular. There are countless works with unconventional and unconventional backgrounds. Many works with unconventional background settings have become popular, but not all. How to make readers' eyes shine is the key, but the essence is how to make readers interested in reading. Therefore, my selection of materials was not very imaginative, but I added a setting of eternal night to the regular work settings. Of course, this is based on a scientific background, rather than just writing randomly. So I fell into a misunderstanding, that is, everything is concrete and all details are shown clearly to the readers, but this increases the burden on the readers to become involved in the work. The plot is a hurdle that no reader can overcome. Everyone should be able to write an outline, but my current situation is that I keep overturning the outline when the story progresses less than 1%. The advantage is that even the author himself did not expect the next plot development of the story. But the disadvantage is the "pit". If the plot deviates from the outline, it will lead to an endless pit. This is the main reason why many works dig holes and fail to fill them. It is not that the author does not want to fill them, but that the plot direction has long since deviated from the original setting of the story and cannot be filled. Not saying so much, this is a summary of my previous article. You still have to explore the road ahead by yourself.
The sun is shining brightly today, refill every day! Come on.
