The Path of an Unusual Immortal

One day, the immortals were chatting over tea and watching people battle it out on the Ascension Stairway. The next second, a seven-year-old child appeared, bathed in golden light, and ascended to immortality. The immortals were speechless. The youngest-ever ascender had appeared since the Ascension Stairway was established in the immortal realm! She was Gu Qi, the youngest ascender. While everyone else used every skill they had to climb the stairs, she simply swept her way up with a broom and became an immortal! So the Immortal Emperor made her the Broom Immortal. Being the Broom Immortal was one thing, but how had such a little immortal caught that person's attention? And Your Highness, the Crown Prince, why are you joining in too? Wait, Your Majesty, where's your dignity? Why are you letting a little kid tug on your beard? And so, the entire celestial realm found itself with a little ancestor.
