Amazing real estate agent, amazing author!

In the past, I always felt that property managers were people who only took money and did nothing. Since this epidemic, I have discovered that security guards and cleaners are risking their lives to do things for us. They receive very little money, but they will stand at the forefront of the community to protect everyone's safety. I really like the male protagonist in the story, his negotiation skills are top-notch.
