This book is more of a biography than a novel. From a novel perspective, the style is a bit too bland and lacks readability. From the perspective of reading the novel, the book has been completely intellectually demoralizing since the middle period, which is really annoying. First, Gao Dekuan colluded with Dang Songtao to frame him, but the protagonist's response method was extremely stupid; secondly, Qian Feng, an old revolutionary party, took the initiative to come to Xie Laodao to kill someone, showing no trace of the concealment and vigilance of a revolutionary; then Yang Heting was arrested for not listening to the advice, and I don't know where his usual wisdom went, and finally Gao Dekuan came back for the second time. In various incidents, Qian Feng and Yang Heting were almost written as fools in order to find things for the protagonists to do. However, the protagonist's internal and external methods were in a mess, and they did not see the scheming ability and methods that a big businessman should have at all, which made the reading experience of the book very tortured from the middle. I don't necessarily want to read a cool novel where the protagonist is all-powerful, but the characters and events in your book are obviously not based on real history. Since there are fictional elements, the behavior of the characters should be consistent with the setting. Don't write smart people as mentally retarded. It's really uncomfortable to watch. Finally, fighting against the common people naturally has its complexity. Although the protagonist Zhang Tangwen cannot be simply summarized, he is not a radiant and positive figure after all. He cannot avoid the problem of having high ambitions and low abilities. He is not exciting enough and tall enough, but he is real. Even though his ability is limited, he still deserves recognition. Here, I pay tribute to him and the author. Even if this book is not exciting enough, I hope there will be more works like this on the Internet so that it will no longer be empty.
