My Demon King Is an Idiot

When everyone thought the great demon king had been reduced to ashes beneath the tribulation lightning, far away on Earth, an orange cat wearing black stockings lounged atop a young man's head, lazily licking its paws. “Stupid cat! Get down!” “No! Call me Your Majesty, the Demon King! Meow!” The orange cat's black tail swept across the boy's eyes. “Meow???” The orange cat looked at the boy lying on the ground. “Hmph! Too late to run now! I'm playing the victim here! Pay up!” “Meow? Foolish human! No money, but you can have one cat! Meow-meow-meow~!” The orange cat narrowed its eyes and planted its little black paws on the boy's head. And so, Your Majesty, the Demon King turned into an orange cat in black stockings, and a top student descended into life as a cat's servant. Together, they set off on a long journey across the sea of stars.
