Serving the Han Dynasty

In the sixth year of Xiping, during the reign of Emperor Ling of Han, the seemingly peaceful Han Dynasty had reached its final days.

At the time, the heroes of the age had yet to emerge or were still lying low. Cao Cao was just over twenty and had taken his first step on the official career ladder, becoming Commandant of the Northern District of Luoyang, full of ambition. Sun Jian was still hacking off heads to rack up merit. Zhang Jiao was still playing the charlatan and deceiving the masses, though he already had his eyes on taking the realm. The most unfortunate of them all, Liu Xuande, had no choice but to weave mats and sell shoes to make ends meet.

A soul from a later age arrived in this era and took over the body of a lowly pavilion chief’s son. To improve his odds of surviving the chaos, he could only claw his way up with all his might.

All the heroes of the realm are gathered here. The question of who will claim the throne can now be asked!
