Dear Landlord

A windfall fell right into Bo He’s lap, leaving her dizzy with disbelief. She never imagined that the landlord who rented her a place for half the usual price would be Lu Zhou, the future big shot and leading figure at Giant Media. Of course she had to cozy up to the big boss. And not only that, she had to take good care of his cat, too. Going by the usual domineering CEO drama formula, they should start with a romantic live-in arrangement, then make her Mrs. Lu for real. But reality seemed to have gone off script. She had to obey Lu Zhou’s orders, hand over her hard-earned wages as rent, and even let his cat bully her whenever it pleased. Was there no justice? She would fight back, get promoted and earn a raise, and find the right chance to turn the tables on the big boss. Lu Zhou said with a straight face, “Company policy forbids coworkers from dating.” Bo He nodded. “If coworkers can’t date, what about an employee and her boss?” [Workplace newbie vs. business tycoon, sweet romance and hilarious antics]
