Winning Over That Spoiled Prince

The Emperor and Empress's youngest legitimate son, the Seventh Prince, was a notorious troublemaker. He led the capital's band of young rakes, was hated by cats and dogs alike, and caused trouble every day, leaving his subordinates at their wits' end. So the Emperor waved a hand and decided to marry him off, hoping to settle him down. The Chancellor's daughter was talented and beautiful, hailed as the capital's number-one beauty. She was the perfect match. After the imperial decree arranging the marriage was issued, the Chancellor's wife couldn't bear to let her daughter marry a rake. Only then did she remember the eldest daughter born to the Chancellor's first wife, who was still living in the countryside. On their wedding night, the Seventh Prince, mocked for having married a country bumpkin, decided to teach his princess a lesson. But his country-bumpkin princess had incredible fighting skills, and he ended up getting beaten instead. The country-bumpkin princess also knew medicine, and even her sister-in-law, the Crown Princess, was on her side. She was good at winning people over, too. The servants around the household smiled a little more warmly whenever they saw her. The Seventh Prince felt like he couldn't go on living. He went to the brothel for some fun, only to find that his princess, disguised as a man, was even more popular than he was. He couldn't take this life anymore. He was going to divorce her. But when he got back to the prince's residence, he lost his nerve and patted the door pitifully. “Wanw an, I was wrong!”
