The Nonhuman Observation Bureau

Ghosts, spirits, vampires, even aliens.

They’re all real, and some of them may even live right alongside us.

Maybe the owner of a breakfast shop is a visitor from Mars, or maybe a famous model is a thousand-year-old fox spirit.

The Loch Ness Monster just wanted to come up for some air, and the crop circles were nothing more than a prank by the spirits.

The reason we know nothing about any of this is that a mysterious organization is secretly maintaining the relationship between humans and nonhumans.

This organization is called the Nonhuman Observation Bureau.
