Fighting Superstar

The killing skills are real, but the unarmed skills are just a joke. . . I don't understand why some people still think that traditional Chinese martial arts include unarmed combat. . 5,000 Years is basically a history of war. Bronze was popularized during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and iron began to be used in the Han Dynasty. All the easily developed metal mines were basically operating at full capacity. . . Under such historical conditions, you told me that there is a legacy of unarmed martial arts? Not to mention being passed down from modern times, many unarmed moves in modern times are simply weapon routines without using weapons. Later, due to stricter equipment control, they were modified beyond recognition by a large number of people, which is what we now see as unarmed martial arts. . . However, no matter how you change it, you can still see the shadow of many weapons used. Xingyi is a big gun on horseback, Wing Chun is a short knife, and Tai Chi is a hammer or whip (Tai Chi is really strong, and those who swing the hammer or whip are fierce people). . . Since the Warring States Period, we have considered military affairs and war entirely from a practical perspective. We have already ingrained it into our bones that we are going to steal the guy in the war. There is no so-called discussion and discussion at all. . . Don't be ridiculous, our traditional weapon routines include those who wield rakes and those who wield shovels. This is a true inheritance (there was really a whole set of village fights in the past where everyone was the number one fierce man in a certain area), but thinking about it, in an environment where even fighting for water in the village involves killing people, which god would figure out how to beat people with bare hands?

Guoshu does exist, but it's just not that magical. Ming Jin, Dark Jin, and Hua Jin all exist. Ming Jin is the logic of exerting force after you have practiced a certain move very well. From the force from the ground to the integration of waist and horse, and finally with shoulder straps and elbows, the force of such a punch is a little greater than that of a person simply swinging the arm to punch. This is the whole force. When you memorize this force method with your body, you will form a subconscious reaction. , When exerting force, it is faster and can produce an inch of strength. This is secret strength. Then you can practice secret strength in every move of this set of punches. Then you have a deep understanding of this set of punches and know how to break up the moves. You can handle the moves the opponent attacks you with ease. This is turning into strength. Then let's talk about actual combat. Basically all punches are based on the assumption of actual combat, so it is theoretically useful to master the routines, but it needs to be tested in actual combat. There are many issues to consider. The first is physical fitness. There is a saying that practicing boxing without practicing Kung Fu will lead to nothing when you get older. This sentence does not mean that if you practice Kung Fu, you will become more powerful as you get older, but it means that if you only practice boxing without exercising your physical fitness, it will be useless no matter how familiar you are. Therefore, under the same conditions, a person with a strong body is better than a person with a weak body. There is an old saying that one strength reduces ten will, which is what it means. The specific exercise method, each The types of boxing are all different. The mainstream ones are generally standing stances, walking stances, lifting stone locks, shaking big guns, etc. Some modern fitness equipment may be more comprehensive. Secondly, it is experience, including experience against the enemy and psychological quality. The experience against the enemy is generally based on fighting first. This is to make you familiar with your own martial arts routines and know how to defend and attack with the kung fu you have learned. Then regarding the psychological quality, just go out and fight! Those who have fought for several years without dying or becoming crippled are all masters. The current situation in the martial arts world is quite serious, because if you want to learn traditional martial arts, it is the kind that is broken down and practiced one by one, which is very time-consuming. After you learn it, you will have no place to use it. And whether you can beat others depends on you. It does not mean that if you learn Chinese Kung Fu, you will be better than foreign Kung Fu. In the final analysis, it depends on your own overall quality. The problem now is that no one learns traditional martial arts at all. It's not that no one teaches them. I know many people who teach traditional martial arts. They find apprentices to take care of food, housing and pocket money, but no one learns them. No one learns skills that have taken several years but are obviously not used. This is not ancient times. I'll teach you martial arts so you can become a soldier. They are all cold weapons. If you know kung fu, you are better than them if you don't. But now they are all hot weapons. No amount of effort can stop a bullet. So the current situation is not that there is no one to teach at all. Rather, someone teaches and no one learns. Many kung fu skills are on the verge of being lost. There is no way those who teach Kung Fu teach martial arts routines. After all, the routine can compete. But traditional martial arts may not necessarily be better than Sanda, boxing and the like in the ring. In ancient times, when information was underdeveloped, you could practice a killer move that would last you a lifetime. But that is not possible now. If you practice a killer move today, the whole world will know about it tomorrow. Then it is very easy to research and crack, and there is no way to do it in traditional martial arts. Whether it is not keeping up with the times or falling behind, they are all existing problems, but no one knows how to solve them. They know that they need to keep pace with the times, but they don't know how to keep pace with the times. It is very sad but there is no way...

The new book is called The Car God's Spokesperson. It's very interesting. I recommend it to everyone!

In fact, I feel that Bruce Lee is a fake and is just an exaggeration. There is no such person as Bruce Lee who can fight. Otherwise, why is there no one similar to Bruce Lee in modern times and the 21st century? Bruce Lee's master, Ip Man, is definitely fake. Wing Chun Ip Man? It feels like something written in a martial arts novel, where martial arts routines are of no use at all. Now let's talk about human data and science. What else is there about Tai Chi for the Elderly and Tai Chi Yang Luchan? I don't believe it. Anyway, I don't believe it if I haven't seen it. In the movie, it is said that Yang Luchan's Tai Chi is the best in the capital? Impossible! They are all just lies, made up from martial arts novels. It must not even be defeated by foreign strongmen! ! ! Would you like to talk about science? Let your body data speak for itself. . . Yang Luchan is so thin. The Russian strongmen all grew up eating beef and drinking milk. They did devil's muscle training every day. They have to be scientific. How can martial arts routines beat a fighter trained by truly scientific methods. What else is there to gossip about Dong Haichuan? Is there anyone in modern times who knows how to do Baguazhang? There isn't one, so it must be fake. There are also the sharpshooter Li Shuwen and the swordsman Li Jinglin. They sound like novels, just like Zhang Sanfeng. There are also Du Xinwu, Sun Lutang and others. Sun Lutang exaggerated too much. I heard that he was invincible in the world when he was young. In 1928, he established the Nanjing Central Martial Arts Academy and became the head of the Wudang Clan. Even when he was almost fifty years old, he casually knocked out the famous Russian fighter Petrov who wanted to challenge him. This is obviously a lie. The famous Russian fighters. The fighters of that era were definitely better than the modern boxing champions. People in that era were simple and focused on practicing martial arts. There were so many weapons in Russia at that time. Fighters and strongmen were easily knocked unconscious by an old man. Are you still talking about science? At the age of sixty, he defeated Kazuo Itagaki, the great samurai next to the Japanese Emperor at the time. At the age of seventy and ten, he defeated five Japanese fighting masters in a joint challenge. This fake can no longer be fake. . How could a seventy-year-old man beat five Japanese masters? You must know that at that time, every Japanese master could beat ten, so he was not an ordinary person! I don't believe that people who boast so much are real. It's too fake to use softness to overcome strength. It needs to be scientific. Tai Chi is too soft, and Bagua Sheng is too fancy and pretentious. How can it be better than modern scientific training methods. . . How to use scientific methods to build strength, how to combine nutrition to strengthen the body, do a group of old guys from the Republic of China era understand science? I guess they can't even afford meat. They only know some martial arts routines to show off. In fact, fighting is not about physical fitness. Like Wing Chun, Ip Man, etc., A poor person can't afford a piece of meat. In modern times, any boxing champion would be defeated in a few blows. Wing Chun looks too fancy and useless. There are also things like Bruce Lee, if you want to talk about basic physical fitness, a small man is of no use. A heavy boxer can be knocked down in just a few blows. Anyway, I have never met Bruce Lee. They are all made from movies and are fake.

The review section for this book is really busy... But after looking around, I found that there aren't many people who know about fighting and traditional martial arts, and there aren't many insiders either. Let me tell you, as early as nearly forty years ago, Chuanwu actually split into two major factions. One is martial arts Sanda, which aims at studying martial arts in the ring, and the other is martial arts routines that use routines to perform and strengthen the body. At that time, a group of martial arts masters and a group of apprentices responded to the country's call and established a Sanshou team at their own or semi-self-financing. Well, it was called Wushu Sanshou at that time. They learned from foreign ring experience and combined traditional boxing, wrestling, and boxing for training. Because they wore big boxing gloves, they only looked like a few blows on their hands. The leg rules were mainly tan kicks, and they also created a unique low whip kick, which was said to be boxing with a kick. However, I had no choice but to wear big gloves, and I could only use a few punches. However, the boxing methods at that time were long and far away, and the wrestling methods at that time were easier to score. There were boxing-like movements, as well as martial arts open palms and split punches. The side kicks and whip kicks in the leg methods were also unique to China. They were different from side kicks, side kicks, and Thai sweeps. At that time, Beijing Sanshou was mainly based on Baguazhang, boxing, and wrestling, while Shanghai Sanshou was mainly based on Chinese boxing and boxing.

Um, the main character is really weak, has good physical fitness, and has a certain basic routine, but he can't beat Xiaodong Xujiro. That loser, how many years have I been a soldier? Even though my brother couldn't beat me, I could estimate that I tripped him once or twice.

It's a very passionate book. It's just that I'm always blind when I'm in the ring, and I can't even close my mouth after wearing braces 😁

This book is so well written, why did the author cut it?

I watched the so-called traditional martial arts and old videos from the past. Is this dancing? It's really funny. It feels like a troupe singing. Chuanwu feels like it's something from the old era and a joke from the new era.

When I first read this book, the author probably had no contact with martial arts people, nor with older Sanda coaches and athletes. In fact, the national standard routines of martial arts schools are integrated with gymnastics, and are made according to the requirements of (high, new, beautiful, difficult). There are some things in it, but they have long been specious. They can only look good, and can only exercise the ability to coordinate the limbs. Sports schools, martial arts majors in martial arts schools The industry is basically for the production of Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Zhao Wenzhuo and other film and television-based, practical things. Under the existing rules, it has been integrated into Sanda as much as possible. MMA has only been popular in China in recent years, and its development has been too slow. I am optimistic that more traditional martial arts techniques can appear in MMA, because MMA competitions are currently the most open rules.
