Reborn through the womb as a second-generation immortal, and even a “Chosen One”! Sounds nice: favored by the Heavenly Dao. Put plainly, though, it means a life of hard labor! Worse still, those high-and-mighty bigwigs of the Spirit Realm bundled her off to Vortex Island, ordering her to search the Outer Domain for Five-Colored Star Stones? They say the Spirit Realm can only restore its stellar power and open all the ascension passages, bringing prosperity to the realm, once enough Five-Colored Star Stones have been collected! What does the prosperity of the Spirit Realm have to do with her, a foodie? ... Orz. Heaven, please let me off the hook...
